I think about design and teams in the same way I think about tiles. I’ve always been on a team, whether on the soccer field or in the classroom. Everyone brings their own strengths, quirks, and roles, and together we create something none of us could have built alone. That sense of shared purpose drives me. My design practice reflects that: each detail is intentional, connected, and meant to contribute to a larger, more meaningful whole.
